About LoreMeow

LoreMeow is a cat-themed Lorem Ipsum generator. Litter your copy with more kitty.

What it does

Pick how many purrgraphs you want, choose a mode, sprinkle in some catnip, and hit Make some. The output is real placeholder text where every paragraph contains a guaranteed MEOW and everyday cat chaos. Copy it as plain text or as HTML with <h1>/<h2>/<p> tags ready to paste.

How it works

Everything is generated in your browser from in-repo word banks — there is no database and no tracking of what you generate. The engine uses a seedable random number generator so the first paragraph renders on the server (great for a fast first paint) and the page stays reproducible.

The API

Developers can fetch cat ipsum directly from the public API and drop it into their own tools, fixtures, and demos. It returns plain text, JSON, or HTML.
